The roots of my culture have always been present in my life. Its color, its folklore, the love of nature, the simple life, its values and the integration of all of those with the spiritual are what I decided to unite in an exhibition of figurative works of indigenous Mexicans and abstract art. In my figurative works of indigenous people, I represent my roots. With the abstract paintings, I try to represent the opportunity that the universe gives us to rediscover and return to our internal peace.
